Maximize Your Business Potential

Better systems. Less busywork.

Creative Loom Studio helps growing businesses fix messy workflows, organize what their teams know, and use AI and automation where they make sense.

So your people can spend less time managing the work and more time doing it.

Something is taking longer than it should.

  • The spreadsheet someone updates by hand.

  • The process only one employee understands.

  • The SOP nobody can find.

  • The software everyone pays for and barely uses.

  • The same information copied into three different places.

You may not know what the solution is yet.
That's fine. Finding it is part of my job.

What I Fix

  • Operations — Repetitive work. Messy handoffs. Processes held together by reminders and good intentions. I find the friction and build a better way through it.

  • AI + Automation — AI can do a lot. That doesn't mean it should do everything. I find where AI and automation can save real time, then fit them into the way your team works.

  • Knowledge — If the answer to an important question is "Ask Sarah," you have a knowledge problem. I turn scattered files, outdated SOPs, and information living in people's heads into something your team can use.

  • Adoption — A system nobody uses is an expensive decoration. I build the documentation, training, and support your team needs to use what we create.

  • Marketing Systems — Content. Leads. Approvals. Campaigns. Assets. Reporting. I've spent more than a decade doing the work. Now I also build the systems that make it easier to manage.

  • Tech + Systems — Software piles up. The project management platform. The CRM. The other shared drive. The AI subscription someone signed up for six months ago. I help you figure out what's useful, what overlaps, and what you can stop paying for.

You may already have what you need.

All four count as a successful project.

Before I recommend another subscription, platform, or AI tool, I look at what you already have.

  • Sometimes you need new technology.

  • Sometimes two existing tools need to talk to each other.

  • Sometimes the workflow is the problem.

  • Sometimes you can cancel three subscriptions and use the fourth one properly.

See How I Think

The portfolio doesn't stop at the finished deliverable. See the problem, what I found, what I changed, why I chose it, and how I'd put it into practice.

I’m Erin.

I've spent more than a decade working across marketing, websites, UX, content, projects, operations, training, and small business.

Which means I've spent a lot of time doing the work behind the work.

Chasing approvals. Finding files. Updating spreadsheets. Repeating processes. Figuring out why something that should take ten minutes somehow takes an hour.

Now I go looking for those problems on purpose.

Start with the thing that's driving you crazy.

You don't need to know whether you need AI, automation, an SOP, a new workflow, or something else.

Tell me what keeps taking too long.
We'll start there.
