I'm Erin, founder of Creative Loom Studio.
I like figuring out why something is harder than it needs to be.
For more than a decade, I've worked across marketing, websites, UX, content, projects, operations, training, and small business.
Different jobs. Same recurring questions.
Why are we doing this manually?
Why does this information live in four places?
Why does only one person know how this works?
Why are we paying for software nobody uses?
Why does this take an hour?
Then AI gave us some new answers.
I was interested because AI could solve problems I already cared about. Repetitive work. Information overload. Scattered knowledge. Slow research. Processes that require far too much human babysitting.
But AI isn't always the answer.
Sometimes you need an automation.
Sometimes you need a better process.
Sometimes you need documentation.
Sometimes you need to stop paying for three tools that do the same thing.
I care more about solving the problem than selling you a particular solution.
My Approach
I've done the work behind the work.
I've built websites and managed content. Worked on campaigns. Coordinated projects. Handled approvals. Organized information. Built processes. Trained people. And dealt with plenty of spreadsheets.
That experience shapes how I build systems now.
I'm not looking at your business from the outside and telling you what should work.
I want to understand what Tuesday afternoon looks like for the person who has to use it.
Some of the organizations I've worked with

Technology should fit the business.
Not the other way around.
Before I recommend anything, I want to know:
What already works?
What keeps breaking?
What does your team hate doing?
What takes too long?
What information is hard to find?
What depends on one person?
Then we decide what belongs in the solution.
Why Creative Loom?
Because businesses aren't made of separate problems.
Marketing affects operations.
Operations affect customer experience.
Technology affects people.
Information affects everything.
I like working in the places where those things connect.
You bring the problem.
You don't need to know what software fixes it.
That part can be my problem.
